Jessie Stephens

Jessie Stephens is an author, podcaster, broadcaster and screenwriter. She is the author of the internationally bestselling book, Heartsick, which was shortlisted for an Australian Book Industry Award. Her second book and first work of fiction, Something Bad is Going to Happen, was released in 2023 and was a number one bestseller. In the same year she was a writer and producer on the hit Binge dramedy, Strife. She co-hosts one of Australia's biggest podcasts, Mamamia Out Loud, and comedy podcast Cancelled. She is also a regular on Network Ten's The Project and ABC TV and radio. Her writing has appeared in Vogue, The Good Weekend, The Age, LitHub and Mamamia.
